Conveyancing

Having your solicitor in place prior to selling or finding your next property is a wise decision. The quote gathering process can take time which may delay your intended move. If the property you would like to purchase is desirable and has interest from multiple parties a vendor is more likely to choose an offer from a proceedable purchaser who has affairs in order such as a suitable conveyancer. If you are buying, selling, re-mortgaging or just after some initial advice, we can recommend you to our local financial services partner who can offer you a range of mortgage products to suit.

They will be able to offer mortgage rates not always available on the high street and their experience and knowledge of these products will ensure you get the best rate.
